Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Viesly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Viesly provides article analysis tools that generate informational and analytical outputs, including trust-related signals, scoring, summaries, and explanatory content.

Viesly is intended to support critical reading and informed evaluation. Its outputs are interpretive in nature and should not be treated as definitive statements of fact.

Eligibility / Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Viesly. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details reasonably current.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you interpret and use Viesly's outputs. You should review results thoughtfully and exercise your own judgment before relying on them.

Viesly does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Any decisions you make based on the service are your responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer the platform except where prohibited by law, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

You may not use Viesly in a way that degrades the service for others, circumvents usage limits or payment terms, or attempts to extract or replicate underlying models, prompts, or proprietary system behavior.

Intellectual Property

Viesly and its associated software, design, branding, content, and service features are owned by Viesly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights or licenses are transferred to you.

Third-Party Services

Viesly may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, browser platforms, and AI model providers in order to operate the service. Those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Viesly is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Viesly does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or affected by source material, model limitations, or missing context. Users should not treat the service as a substitute for independent verification or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viesly and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Viesly's aggregate liability relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Viesly for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Viesly may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create risk for the service or other users, or where necessary to comply with legal obligations.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

Viesly may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
